December 8, 2015 Board Meeting Agenda Item #15 Title APPROVAL TO AWARD BID #16-0031 FOR COMMERCIAL ROOF INSTALLATION AND REPAIR SERVICES Description Bids to provide 'Commercial Roof Installation and Repair Services' were received from five vendors on October 27, 2015. The bids of Crowther Roofing & Sheet Metal of Florida, Inc., Ryman Construction, Inc., and Springer-Peterson Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc., were the best low bids meeting the advertised specifications based on a sealed scenario. This bid is for a period of one year with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The funds for these purchases are contained in the transfer from capital budget allocated to the Facilities Services Department.
